overview: terms of service

  • i accept payments through venmo and paypal only. this ensures safety for both of us!

  • my art may not be used for commercial purposes. please message me for exceptions.

  • i do not, and never will, sell my art as non-fungible tokens.

  • tracing or heavily referencing my art is prohibited.

  • do not crop, remove, or alter my signature at all.

adopts: terms of service

  • adopts must be paid within three days. payment plans are available upon request.

  • i will provide images without large watermarks covering the entire piece after purchase.

  • if a chargeback is filed inappropriately i will publish a psa and blacklist you.

  • purchased adopts may be resold at a higher price only if they have additional artwork.

  • you may change the species or make minor edits to the purchased design if desired.

comms: terms of service

  • i require half payment upfront and half payment after completion.

  • i will send one rough sketch and one clean sketch, or more for approval if requested; you may request any edit during the sketching phase.

  • please note that turnaround time varies from a few days to approximately two months. i will meet tight deadlines if given advance notice.
